This was a beautiful home, nicely decorated, very comforable and located close to the beach -- but not easily walkable for a family with young children. A golf cart was provided, and it made beach access easier, as well as provided a convienient way to travel to markets and shopping. The house was large and well equipped, accomodating a family of 16 nicely. It had a nice, medium sized spa-pool, and a backyard patio large enough to host a Habachi chef and his set-up. The owner was helpful and easy to contact, and she responed in a reasonable amount of time. We gave this house a 5:5 stars, and would definitely stay there again, the next time in the area.

Home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Kids and adults spent plenty of time in the pool. House had games for the kids and plenty of floaties for us to float in. Loved that the garage had a ping pong table and little gym. The bunk bed room in the front does get a little warm because there is no vent but as long as the door to the room is open the room was fine for the kiddos at night. Overall gorgeous home and would stay again!

The house looks exactly like the pictures- very nice, clean, spacious. The pool and back yard area were excellent. Everything worked properly- had no issues with anything. The location was excellent- walkable to the beach and some restaurants and a short drive to anything else we needed. The host was polite, friendly, and responsive. We appreciate the time we were able to spend here!

The Tipsy Pelican was so cute!! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean - our group of 15 was very comfortable. It’s the perfect distance from downtown Seaside and Publix is right down the road. Lindsay’s very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Lindsay’s Airbnb for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The space is stunning but also well thought out. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is great for a larger group. The beds were also so comfortable we all slept very well. The upstairs is great for karaoke and games and the downstairs is great for entertaining. We did a cocktail making class outside and the space was great. The hot tub and golf cart are both amazing added features too. We loved this place !!

I could not have picked a better place to host my sister’s bachelorette weekend!! This home was just as stunning in person as it is in pictures. It is located in the perfect spot — close to 30A, but still a short drive to all PCB has to offer. Lindsay made sure we were able to get in the house earlier than the original time, even though we only made it 15 minutes earlier 😩 (that’s on us). We appreciated how clean everything was at check-in. Spotless!! It was set-up for our arrival with lighting and music playing. Throughout the whole weekend, we only messaged her once to ask a question about the pool, but she was so quick to respond and very proactive! Checkout was an absolute breeze!! 3 easy tasks and you’re good to go! This is the perfect spot for a fun & peaceful family stay or a vacation with friends!! Will definitely book here again 🌟

We were in the area for two weeks. This was not the place we had initially booked, but as luck would have it, four days into a horrendous stay elsewhere, we were moved to this beautiful and well-managed vacation home. It was nicely located near beach access and Seaside (a 4-minute drive, 30-minute walk), clean, full of amenities, thoughtfully outfitted, and honestly more than made up for what could have been the worst experience ever. This host went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We are considering booking again.

Lindsay’s place was absolutely incredible. We had a group of 13 staying at the house for the weekend, and our stay was seamless from start to finish. Lindsay was responsive and helpful with answering questions leading up to our stay. The house was pristine upon arrival. It has such a cozy and homey feel to it. The location of the house is wonderful and close to the beach, as well as to downtown Seaside. We loved using the golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs, too. I could go on and on about how great this house is. I definitely recommend staying here next time you’re in 30A!

This is a lovely place to stay! I highly recommend a visit here! The house is beautifully decorated with all the ammenities! The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. My friends and I had an amazing time. This house had everything we were looking for. The only thing I will say is we couldn’t find the pack n play that came with the house and there was a button to press so no one set off an alarm to go in and out of the back door to get to the yard however, the host does have buttons inside and outside so we left signs for each other so no one forgot to hit that button prior to opening the back door. There is a golf cart as well as bikes to get around which made it so easy for us to explore town. We grilled by the pool, made s’mores, played games and spent time in the jacuzzi. The house was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for, for a relaxing couple of days.

Perfect size for the number in our party. We could be in the same common areas in the house, and we weren't fumbling over each other. Backyard, deck, pool and surrounding space was perfect for our use. Everything worked and functional. Lots of glassware and plates, silverware, etc. Walk to the beach and local restaurants were convenient.

The perfect home for a family vacation!! Roomy main spaces and kitchen with all the gadgets needed. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with a perfect outdoor living space to entertain the whole family. We loved hanging outside in the backyard in the pool and playing cornhole/ping pong. We also loved that the home had bikes and beach equipment to use. Cannot harp on how incredible Lindsay was! The area was expecting a pretty gnarly storm and Lindsay was checking in to make sure we were aware of the weather and what we should expect. We hope to be back with more family next time!

Overall, we had a great stay with our group of 13. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, and the pool area was nice. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. The only downside during our stay was the internet; constant signal drops made watching movies or using it for remote work almost impossible. However, we would recommend and stay at the home again.

This is an awesome house for a large group. There are so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Our group cooked meals at home and the kitchen is a great size, the fridge is huge! The space was comfortable for all of us to eat and be entertained. The backyard is so comfortable. We loved the fire pit. location is great! It’s a quick walk down to the beach and a quick bike ride to local coffee. Easy access to sidewalks and bike paths

The place was beautiful and the views and amenities were amazing. Loved being able to ride bikes to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the backyard watching the games and enjoyed the fire pit (have to buy your own wood). But there were no towels in bathrooms they were all in the drier and washing machine. The third floor and second floor (room to the right had blood tinged comforter/ sheets on bed and noticed some towels had dried round bugs (resembling bed bugs) on towels! There were a few stains on couches and bar stools and some scuff marks around the house. For the price of the cleaning fee it should of been a little cleaner. Other that those few things it’s definitely somewhere I would recommend and stay again.
